6. Payments & Pricing

• All prices displayed on www.aihelpers.in are in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

• Payments are securely processed through authorized gateways such as Razorpay, PayU, or Stripe.

• Once digital access or product delivery is completed, the transaction is considered final and non-refundable, except in cases defined in our Refund Policy.

• GPL Galaxy reserves the right to modify prices, introduce discounts, or change product offerings at any time.

7. Licensing & Access Rights

When you purchase or subscribe to AI Helpers products:

• You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the digital tools and GPTs.

• Redistribution, resale, or public sharing of our tools, PDFs, or AI links is prohibited.

• Access credentials (if provided) must be kept confidential and used only by the authorized buyer.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

• AI Helpers provides AI-based digital assistance — not professional or guaranteed business results.

• While our tools are designed with accuracy, creativity, and intelligence, all outputs are AI-generated suggestions and must be reviewed before implementation.

• GPL Galaxy makes no representations or warranties regarding the reliability or completeness of AI-generated results.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Under no circumstances shall GPL Galaxy or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from the use of AI Helpers.

• The responsibility of evaluating and applying any AI output lies solely with the user.

• GPL Galaxy shall not be held liable for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities arising from misuse or reliance on the AI content.

10. Refund & Cancellation Policy

• Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted.

• Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate payment or transaction error.

  2. Verified technical issue preventing access to purchased tools.

• All refund requests must be raised via support@gplgalaxy.in within 48 hours of purchase.

• Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

12. Termination of Access
